About Viki

Viki is the Global General Counsel of Xendit, a leading payments infrastructure company operating across Asia-Pacific and Latin America. She leads the company’s global legal function and has supported Xendit’s expansion from early-stage operations to a high-growth fintech with over US $538 million in funding. Since joining Xendit in 2017, Viki has built and now oversees a cross-border legal team that enables the company’s growth across multiple jurisdictions. She has played a key role in supporting market entries, product development, corporate structuring, strategic partnerships, and fundraising efforts that have fuelled Xendit’s scale to more than 400 million transactions annually, worth over US $30 billion, and serving tens of thousands of customers across the world.

Focused on operational excellence, Viki has introduced scalable, technology-enabled processes such as contract lifecycle management systems, data-driven tracking and responsible AI adoption to strengthen transparency, efficiency and collaboration across markets. Beyond core legal responsibilities, she contributes to corporate development, governance, and strategic planning, helping shape the company’s direction and embedding legal as a key enabler of business outcomes. Before joining Xendit, Viki practised with Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in Australia, advising clients across the finance, energy and consumer sectors on corporate, commercial, and employment matters. With more than a decade of cross-border legal experience, Viki brings a practical, forward-looking approach to building modern in-house legal teams that support innovation, governance and sustainable growth.
