Serene Poh
Responsible Innovation in the Age of AI
As AI capabilities accelerate, businesses face the dual challenge of innovating at speed while navigating evolving regulatory, ethical, and reputational risks. The question is no longer whether to adopt AI, but how to do so responsibly. In this session, Serene Poh shares how Adobe embeds ethical and risk-based governance into product development, enabling innovation that builds trust, supports commercial growth, and stands up to regulatory scrutiny.
Key Learnings
- How do we move from AI principles to practice? Embed practical governance, clear accountability, and risk-based decision-making directly into product and business processes.
- How can legal teams enable innovation? By translating risk into practical guidance and modelling responsible AI adoption within the legal function itself.
- How do we build credible AI governance? Start from within - encourage internal ownership, thoughtful experimentation, and leading by example.
