Nyssa is a leading eDiscovery professional at Standard Chartered with more than 13 years of experience in a broad range of international litigation, investigations, and cross border regulatory requests. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked in consultancy firms in Singapore, Tokyo, and New York City.
Nyssa describes her role as leveraging technology to manage risk, optimize workflows, and enable lawyers to focus on higher value work. Her experience includes developing strategic plans for AI enables rollouts, developing AI training programmes and playbooks tailored to the risk appetite of her clients, and building cross border teams for eDiscovery and Data Management delivery.
