Joanne Chuang is a seasoned legal executive with over 20 years of experience driving legal transformation across multinational organizations. Currently serving as General Counsel, APAC at Ingenico, the global leader in payment acceptance solutions, she oversees the legal function and legal operations across one of the world's most dynamic regulatory environments. Prior to Ingenico, Joanne served as General Counsel at a leading global consumer goods company, where she spearheaded an ambitious global legal transformation initiative. She successfully project-managed a comprehensive "Smarter Contracting" project, implementing legal transformation across 33 countries within an accelerated timeframe.

At a leading international law firm, Joanne led an innovation initiative, pioneering design thinking applications in legal service delivery. She also focused on automation, digitalization, and legal transformation at a legal technology company, positioning her at the forefront of legal innovation. Throughout her distinguished career, Joanne has combined extensive private practice experience with deep in-house expertise, enabling her to bridge traditional legal frameworks with cutting-edge operational efficiency. At Ingenico, she champions legal innovation while navigating the rapidly evolving payments and fintech landscape.
