About Carol
Carol Seah is the General Counsel and Company Secretary at NCS Group Pte Ltd, where she leads legal, commercial, and corporate secretarial functions across the NCS Group. With over two decades of experience in the technology, telecommunications, and infrastructure sectors, she brings deep expertise in cross-border legal risk, privacy and cybersecurity, as well as corporate and commercial law.
Before joining NCS, Carol held senior in-house legal leadership roles at Synapxe, Singtel, Singapore LNG Corporation (SLNG), Pacnet, and Telecom New Zealand, launching her career with the international law firm DLA Phillips Fox. Her regional leadership spans South Asia, Australia, and Hong Kong, where she managed legal functions in areas including privacy, cybersecurity, disputes, employment, competition law, and commercial contracting. Carol earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Victoria University of Wellington and was admitted to the New Zealand Bar. Complementing her legal qualifications, she holds certifications in Applied Business Analytics from MIT and Ethical Artificial Intelligence from NTU.
