Executive Keynote Panel | Enhancing Collaboration Between Vendors and Clients in the Legal Industry
Innovation in the legal sector thrives when technology providers, law firms, and in-house teams work in genuine partnership, but aligning needs, expectations, and priorities can be challenging. This panel brings together voices from across the ecosystem to explore what true collaboration looks like in practice. Panellists will discuss how to co-design solutions that meet real-world legal workflows, establish transparent communication, share responsibility for adoption, and create long-term value rather than one-off implementations.
About Allan
I am Allan Rees-Bevan, self-confessed Document Management evangelist, and public speaker. I work with organizations across the world to understand their needs and define the right solutions. I love engaging with people and getting them excited about what we can do for them. I joined the Document Management world in the year 2000. I started off working in UK law firms and transitioned to consultancy in 2005. Since then, I have worked with 100s of organisations across the world, successfully completing projects, training staff, and delivering countless presentations to all levels.
My favourite day was getting a standing ovation at the end of delivering an iManage training session – unheard of! In 2010 I joined Trinogy Systems as a shareholder and director, helping the team build a multimillion-dollar business in Australia and the UK. In January 2021, Trinogy was sold to Morae and I started on a new adventure. I now head up Presales for the APAC region and work with clients to find the best possible solutions for their needs.
